Shoulder has been really sore, so I am going to lay off the overhead stuff this week.

A) warm-up

B) Deadlifts-1x5 up 10 lbs from last week.  no bounce, no drop

C)  changed the metcon to stay away from overhead

done unbroken.  Felt really good today.
