A.  Deadlift program

week 3

80% 4 sets of 4 reps

done at 360

I would say 3 out of the 4 sets felt pretty good.  The last one I felt like I was losing my form a bit.  Overall happy with how they are coming along.

B.

3 sets

10 weighted back extensions

done with 35lb bar

C. every 3 min. for 15 min.
30 calories airdyne
15 toes 2 bar
 
Got all 5.  somehow I let the airdyne sneak up on me every time. Damn that thing hurts. 
 
T2B went really well.  Really happy with how they are coming along.
