The plan was to go for 285 but the backyard set-up wasn't ideal for a pr attempt.

Took it out of 285 anyway

20 muscle ups
Don't have a setup or muscle ups, so skipped this. Might have been the best move anyway because my shoulder is still recovering and muscle ups feel the worst.
D.
20 minute amrap
1 farmers carry down and back 70lb

6 dips ( didn't have dip set up so I did handstand pushups)
6rds and a farmers carry
Didn't have the most furious pace going. Hspu were done on my house , shingles and Hspu's aren't a great combo.
