Feeling a little sluggish, a little slow

B. Work up to a heavy Snatch

took a couple of shots at 230 but they were not good ones. 200lb snatch was horrible, 210 snatch was on of my better snatches, 220 was again not great.    Just did not have it today.  Feeling a little slow and that definitely was effecting my confidence on making lifts today.  I feel like 230 and maybe even 235 is there, just can't quite line up a pr attempt with a day I am really feeling it.
