A. Deadlift program week 4
 
70% 6 sets for 5 reps
 
done at 315
 
deadlifts are starting to feel a lot better

B. Work up to a heavy power clean & power jerk

This is a 20lb power clean and power jerk.  It wasn't the prettiest and the jerk was half power half split, but ill take it.
 
 
C. Max unbroken power clean & Jerks @ 135lbs

think I had maybe 2 or 3 more in me but my shoulder was starting to really tweak.

Did 1 set and again my shoulder was not feeling right so I decided to give it a rest.  Lot of shoulder stuff coming up this week and this thing is starting to nag.
