A. Hang squat clean; 3 reps on the min for 6 min (185-225#)
185,195,205,215,225,235(lost the grip on the 3rd rep, so had to pick it up again to hit the 3rd rep)
Increased the weight each minute. was feeling the back during this one.
B. 1 1/4 front squat; 2, 2, 2; rest 3 min
Went up to 225. Was really feeling the back here, so just left it here.
C. 3 rounds for time of:
21 KBS 2 pood
12 muscle ups
14:27
Had a nice pace, last round of muscle ups got me. Went 12, 4/4/4, then 4, 2s and singles to finish up the muscle ups. I think I would have been better off breaking up the first round.
