Decided to lay off all overhead this week.  Trying to let the shoulder heal up completely. So the program is a little switched up

Felt strong today

A.

Work up to heavy 2 rep front squat

hit 305 for 2.  This is a 2 rep pr. felt really good.

B.

20 minutes
even- hang clean
odd- full clean

205,205,215,215,225,225,235,235,245,245,255,255,265,265,275f,275f

felt good.  legs ran out of steam at 275, then just left it there. 

C.

didn't feel good about this one.  just ran out of gas.
