This was really tough.  C&J felt great, did both unbroken.  T2B felt great, did both unbroken.  Front squats did not feel great, did both unbroken but it was a real struggle.  White man can't jump was based on my life, so burpee box jumps sucked.  Deadlifts at 315 felt ok but I was fatigued so they went 5/3/2, went unbroken at 275 and they felt pretty good.
