Work up to heavy power clean

Not enough in the tank for a pr today. Legs were really slow today

B.

30 power cleans for time

These felt heavier than they should of. Again legs were slow.

C.
10 sets for time

100 meters sprints (walk back)

All around 15 seconds. Couldn't find a straight 100 meters because everything was soaked so had to do them around the curves in the track.

Tough week, feel good though
