A) clean pulls 5-4-3-2-1

B) work up to a heavy clean

cut it way short at 245.  my right quad as been bothering me lately and I wasn't feeling right today.

C) EMOM for 12 minutes 3 power snatches.  Build as you go

1 minute at 175
1 minutes at 185

all tng.  was happy hitting 185 for 3 tng at the end.  Probably could have went a little heavier earlier

D)  for time
