A.) Work up to heavy clean

felt ok today, but didn't feel great.  I think 315 is not too far off. 


B)  On a running clock

double unders

all unbroken.  could have went under 3 if I didnt take my belt on and off for the first 3 rounds.  Back was tight though, so I think the belt was the right move
