AM.

A) 3 position snatch (high hang, hang to just above knee, full)

Just wanted to get a little snatching in and work on speed.  Didn't go nuts.

Very happy with this, it is between a 2-3 minute pr on this workout.  Muscle ups went unbroken. Next time I will try to hang onto the snatches a little more.
