A) Work up a little on snatch

Just quickly worked up to 210. 

Wasn't feeling strong or fast this morning.  Really just wanted to get a few reps in.

B)  Back squat 5x3

done @ 315

C) Changed the metcon around a little

on a 15 minute running clock

Tough one.  The wallballs hurt.
