A) 3x10 front rack step back lunges

First time doing these, felt awkward at first

Holy ouch. Those 2 movements are lethal together. The first jump of each round felt like I had anchors on my ankles.

PM

Had almost nothing tonight. Legs were beat and back was tight

A) work up to heavy hang power clean

Got up to 255lb and ran out of time

B) 6 min amrap

Max hang cleans at 225lb

Felt like such a struggle. The weight felt so heavy. Just punching the clock tonight.
