A. Find a heavy 2 rep overhead squat taken from the ground

Did this squat snatching the first rep.
Came so close to PRing my snatch at 235. Really close, I know it is there. 225 went up really nice and I was pumped about that.
B. Open wod 11.4
10 min amrap
60 bar facing burpees
30 overhead squat 120lbs
10 muscle ups
140 reps- 1 round plus 40 burpees
Happy with this. There is definitely room to improve but I'm happy with this today
