A. strict press 6-4-2-6-4-2
 
this was ugly and I don't even remember what weights I did for what.
 
my shoulders were really sore and god am I horrible at strict pressing

shoulder to overhead 155/105
burpees over the barbell

s20 unbroken.  Happy with this one.
 
 
 
 
Shoulders were too sore for hspus
