planche pushups are getting better
Levers had to start from scratch because they were not there.
handstands started to click a little

B. 5 sets of 
5 close grip bench press @ 185lbs
rest 30 sec.
5 bent over rows ahap
rest 60 sec.
 
done. bent over rows at 205

C. 30 burpee bar muscle ups for time
 
4:35
 
these went well.  I've gotten the hang of the bar muscle ups

D. 5 c2b every 20 sec. x 6 min.
 
done.
