Busy day today. Had to take a test this morning and it is my daughters 1st bday, so ended up being a late night in the garage.
Week 1 of deadlift program
75% 5x5 taken out of 450
Done at 345
Super super slow on the way down because my daughters were sleeping and have to keep noise down. So the deads were extra tough
Was suppose to be 335 and I realized it was 345 by the 3rd set but was too lazy to change it. I've been doing that a lot lately and need to pay more attention.

I think I need to work on my rowing technique. My conditioning felt great throughout the 500 but I could not get the split below 1:28
