got the first 2 unbroken and the third 7,3. Think I had the 3rd unbroken in me but I felt like my hand was ripping and came off.
Muscle ups felt great today. Trying to work on kipping the dip. Was not smooth or near perfect yet but just a little effort made a huge difference. Going to keep working hard on that.

My legs flail around too much. need to work on staying tighter.
