Couldn't get the jerk to go today. Cleaned 265 twice and missed the jerk twice, then got annoyed with 265 so went to 270 and cleaned that twice and missed the jerk twice. The attempts at 270 were actually both pretty close. Really need to work on getting my head through.

First time doing overhead lunges and it didn't go as well as id have liked. Made the mistake of snatching it up and keeping a snatch grip. Felt much better when I went to a narrower grip.
