Friday July 18, 2014 Wheelchair

A) Worked up on snatch complex

1 snatch + 1 tng snatch grip deadlift + 1 hang clean + 1 overhead squat

hit 195

got to the hang snatch at 205 but couldn't get it.  Tweaked my hamstring yesterday and it was pulling from the hang.  Hopefully next time I can hit 205

B) 5 sets @ or above 80% of what I hit in A.  (took it out of 205)

165, 175, 185, 195(missed the hang), 185

C)  "The Wheelchair"

for time:

10 back squats @ 315
20 Squats @ 225
30 Squats @ 135
40 air squats
