Legs were not feeling great today and my hips were really really tight, so I am happy I was able to hit the 305 pr. 315 did not feel bad on the way down, just didn't have the extra gear today. On a good day I feel like id have made that one.
B) 6 sets of 1.1.1 snatch deadlift to above knee + a full snatch

These were tough and took a lot out of me. Happy with these.
