Saturday July 26, 2014...OUCH

Quickly worked up to a heavy thruster

Went up to 225

Wasn't trying to max out, probably had a little more

Had a few seconds to attempt another thruster but wanted absolutely nothing to do with another thruster. That wod hurts and is no fun. Really happy to get 4 rds.
