A sick 9 month old and a 2 1/2 yr old who doesn't want to sleep leads to a very sluggish morning workout.  Felt like total crap today, but luckily it was a light day so I got away with it.

Got through without stopping with a steady pace.  Really tried not to let the technique slip. 

Need some sleep, tough day tomorrow.
