Feeling beat up all week, today especially
A) 5 sets 1 hang squat clean + 2 front squats
215,230,245,260,275
wanted 290 but my back and legs were wrecked.
B) 4 sets 1.1.1 snatch pulls
done at 270
C) 8 sets run 400
rest 2 minutes
all around 1:30
D) 3x20 hollow rocks
