Wasn't feeling well Wednesday so did Wednesday's workout today

A) Warmup

4x8 good mornings


B) Back Squat 4x4 at 82.5%

done at 320

felt very heavy

C) emom for 10 minutes 3 strict press

done at 105


short on time and not feeling great.  might run tonight
