A) work on push jerk

got to 255. didnt have much in me today

B) filthy fifty

50 box jumps 24
50 jumping pullups
50 kb swings 1 poop
50 lunges
50 knees to elbow
50 push press 45lbs
50 back extensions ghd
50 wall balls 20lb
50 burpees
50 double unders

for some reason I keep thinking these workouts are going to stop hurting.  Turns out the better you get, the faster you go, and the more it hurts.  I gotta remember that.
